Terms of Service

Your Booking - For all cleans booked through this site we aim to arrive within 1 hour of your cleaning time selection. This allows for traffic and completion of other work around the same times. All future / Regular cleans are carried out to suit us with no advances notice given to customers but inline with the chosen frequency. This allows us to preplan our route efficiently, you can however prebook future cleans using our existing customer book a specific clean date, these can be booked over 6 months into the future. 

One Off Cleaning Once booked and paid for we will aim to arrive for your chosen service on the time and date selected within the hour time-slot as mention above. 

Regular Cleaning - Once booked and paid for we will aim to carry out clean your chosen service on the time and date selected within the hour time-slot as mention above. Your future cleans will be scheduled on the regular cleaning round for the next time we are in the area. This may reduce the cleaning time between the first and second clean to best suit where your house fits onto our rounds. Thereafter we will arrive to clean inline with your frequency with no further notice.

Access - If you are home while we clean, please unlock/unbolt gates where possible. For first cleans we require full access however, on regular cleaning thereafter, if no-one is home we will use step ladders to gain access and carry out your cleaning. 

Payment - If you book on this site for a service, most will charge you as a prepayment, for those who choose regular cleaning thereafter, you will be billed after each clean with payment due on the day of the clean. We offer lots of convenient ways to pay, bank transfer is our preferred.   

4 Weekly Cleaning Frequency - we will aim to clean within 3-5 week period from the last clean throughout the year. You will not be billed for more than 12 cleans in a year, our guarantee that if you do, simply contact us and we will refund a clean or simply not charge for a future one 

6 Weekly Cleaning Frequency - we will aim to clean within 5-7 week period from the last clean throughout the year. You will not be billed for more than 9 cleans in a year, our guarantee that if you do, simply contact us and we will refund a clean or simply not charge for a future one 

8 Weekly Cleaning Frequency - we will aim to clean within 7-9 week period from the last clean throughout the year. You will not be billed for more than 7 cleans in a year, our guarantee that if you do, simply contact us and we will refund a clean or simply not charge for a future one 

All further Cleaning Frequencies - Any clean outside of 8 weekly is deemed a one off or adhoc clean and will need to be booked as such. We simply do not clean regularly outside of 8 weekly, this is the limit enabling our customer to experience cleaner windows throughout the year more than they are not. Cleaning less than at least 6-7 times per year will mean windows are dirtier for more of the year than they are actually clean and best suited for one off clean as and when required.  

Polite, Courteous and Best Intentions - Every clean will be carried out with our best intentions, we will aways aim to clean with our best and we will be polite and courteous. We try to operate our cleaning quietly, quickly and discretely and we may not always knock before we clean, especially if its early in the morning, during adverse weather or to avoid disruptions. We would also ask for you be polite and respectful to us and our staff, the window cleaner on the day will have very limited information available to them about your account and why its being cleaned that specific day, they will have details of the cleaning being carried out. Please can you direct all your billing, frequency or administrative queries directly to the office by email. 

Postponements or Cancelations - We are more than happy to cancel and postpone your cleaning to suit, but we would ask a least the night before advance notice. If you contact us at any point up to 8pm the day before we arrive for cleaning, this will help reduce or minimise the disruption for us and no costs will be charged or deducted from you. As a rule our regular cleaning are mostly not prebooked, it’s best to email us with plenty notice if you are planning on building work or any other further disruption they may effect the service, just contact us and we can make a plan to suit. Unfortunately once we have arrive to clean, postponements or cancellations on the day will occur a charge at that point. We wont dispute this with you on the day and if asked to stop or go, we will politely leave immediately. The failed cleaning appointment charge will be billed at our discretion and between 60-100% of the booked or regular cleaning cost we would have carried out that day. At the point we arrive we have already spent money to carry out your clean on everything from time management, staffing and all vehicle related costs.
